Union Design consistently strives to be forward thinking, both in our designs as well as the way in which our work relates to the environments. As part of our design process, we help our clients to increase their energy efficiency and seek opportunity to incorporate sustainable “Green” elements in the planning and design. Items such as high efficiency HVAC systems, double pane windows, lower wattage consumption lightings and all contribute to the systems and materials included in the project to help it run at its most efficient level.

We regularly provide training for our workers to make sure they have the knowledge and skills necessary to achieve performance goals in dynamic business environment.

Children Education

We also involve in financially supporting the lives and education of children in an orphanage in Nias. Since 2015 until present, we help design and build a new orphanage for the capacity of 100 children. For this orphanage we involves in 2 parts. For the first part, we do pro bono design and build for the new orphanage multi function building to enhance the living of the children and for the second  part, we support monthly education for the 22 children. We believe  that they are the future generation and history maker for this nation and someday be the life changer for the people of Nias and 40 other small islands around it.
